Olivia Tursi, M.A. L.C.S.W-R, a psychological counselor at the Calandra Institute, will reflect on personal endeavors as a female psychotherapist and small-business owner through the lens of an Italian American woman; and Trisha Rossi, M.A. L.C.S.W. and adjunct professor at Suffolk County Comm College, will discuss how women are influential in psychotherapy, small businesses, and psychology in higher education, focusing on how being an Italian American woman influenced her professional journey.
