Our conversation touches upon the work that has earned him international renown, and the fine line between art, architecture, and design. “Error is a big part of being human. Men and women are meant to be different from machines, not to be perfect. Error, and misdeed, and imperfection. People are wrong to try to do things perfectly. They say that error is vile and evil, but I don’t see it that way. What’s evil is repeating one’s errors.”
